Lots of good buzz about this hire which, considering the state of the Sabres, is very surprising

 

On another note this Kivlenieks news is just awful. So young and by all accounts was just a great person and teammate that everyone enjoyed being around. Such an awful way for someone to go, and for him especially, as he had really paid his dues, grinded up every step of the ladder from juniors on, and was queued up for the backup spot in Columbus next year.

 

This story keeps getting worse :(

It would make sense if this was a sweep or a 4-1 series.

I know hockey is super close from what separates wins and losses but Montreal was 24-32 this year and Tampa was 36-20 and I get that the schedule was weird with who the teams played but that’s a significant different in wins/losses (outside of the talent that Tampa has vs Montreal)
