It seems like it. The Bear had some crazy good teams back in the day though with absolute shut down defense. But I think this is Saban's best team.

Really tired of college football being so predictable and not giving chances to smaller schools. I really could care less to see Alabama or Clemson win another title ever.

Could they expand the playoffs and make it like the basketball tournament or is that not feasible?

They could easily do 8 or 16 teams if they got rid of the cupcake out of conference games and played only one non conference game for each team.

I’m happy for Bama fans and Saban extending his dynasty, but as a neutral fan it’s gotten a bit boring. The postseason format needs some adjustments.

As a fan who’s team has not made the playoffs once, I don’t want to see expansion. We have blowouts every year. There simply aren’t enough good teams to fill out a competitive top 4 every season.

I’d much rather see some changes to recruiting and/or scholarship numbers to encourage greater parity and prevent the Alabama’s from having 4 stars three deep on the roster who never see the field.

My god. There isn't even this many people out celebrating in normal years.

It's called the transfer portal. Kids can choose to leave and go somewhere else now.

I think the transfer portal is great. I’d also love to see more. I haven’t thought things all the way through - I’m sure others have - but something like adjusting scholarships from 85 to 80. It’s not going to have a big impact on the top schools, but the trickle down would be significant helping to make other schools more competitive.

Some teams are just never going to be as good, that's that. CFB isn't about total parity its about conference parity.

I’m not opposed to playoff expansion. But people are still gonna hate the end result and complain when it’s Alabama/Ohio State/Clemson coming out on top.

Yeah. I agree with that. More inclusion wouldn’t hurt. Even if those teams get destroyed.
