- Indiana ranked #9 holy shit

- Appstate vs. #15 Coastal Carolina is low key great matchup next week. App haven’t beaten a ranked opponent since Michigan in 2007 back when they were an FCS team

- All three Oklahoma FBS teams are ranked

- they’re definitely going to put Cincy and BYU in a bowl game

 

And that bowl better be the National Championship game

i'm seeing his buyout is $15M... people yesterday were saying Harbaugh would be kept because his buyout is $10M and it would "look bad" to pay such a high buyout during covid times, but i feel like Michigan probably has more money to work with than South Carolina so those hoping Harbaugh stays (Ohio State fans) might be out of luck

 

I know it was against Bowling Green but Jaret Patterson was so fun to watch tonight.

 

If Cinci goes undefeated and doesn't make the playoffs I'm going to be devastated.

 

Spoiler: they aren't going to make it, even with chaos. UCF went two fucking seasons undefeated (including a win in a bowl game over a team that beat the winner of the CFP) and weren't considered.

 

Pac-12 likely to reverse course, allow non-conference football games

 

Isn’t most of all of the PAC-12 playing 5 or 6 games this year? Why are they playing at all? (MONEY) no way a 5-0 team from any conference gets to the playoffs so what’s the point? (GREEDY MONEY) makes no sense to risk yourself for 5 games (not that it makes sense to risk yourself for 13 games and playoffs or bowl game but you know)

 

Playoffs aren’t the end all be all of the sport... they weren’t nearly as big a focus until the last few years.

are you saying it’s less of an issue for them if they had a better shot at the playoffs (which would give their conference $$$)?
