I always found Gary to be the more obnoxious of the two. But Verne logic:

I could only get ESPN radio broadcast at work the past couple days and I would have killed to have Ron Darling. I assure you Rick Sutcliffe and Chris Berman is the most unbearable shit you could possibly dial up in a booth.

My wife hates listening to female announcers.

I hate Chris Collinsworth.

Thats the extent of feelings towards announcers that we have in our house.

 

Everyone I know hates female announcers. Beth Mowins in particular.

Collinsworth is cheesy as fuck, but I enjoy Al Michaels a lot. NBC Sunday Night Football is probably my favorite of all the NFL presentations, despite Collinsworth being a lame dude.

 

Michaels and Collinsworth by far my favorite NFL duo announcers right now. Cheesy yeah, but normally pretty good insight and Michaels voice is so damn soothing haha.

by the way officiating in Knoxville is fucking awful.

 

Okay am I crazy to think Wisconsin is way closer to Ohio State than people are making it seem? Like, I'd take OSU but HEAVY favorites? Nah. 21-20 or some shit.

 

Gary Danielson is the worst, because his only frame of reference are games he’s called, which the vast majority are just old Bama games. Every single time something happens, he always says, “this is just like when Bama did last week/month/year/century!”

 

NDSU now 5-0 and have beat three top 25 teams, 2 on the road. They have four more currently ranked teams on their schedule. Their game against SDSU should be their toughest test.
