This is exactly what Trevor Lawrence would look like every week as a New York Jet.

 

I'd be ecstatic if Lawrence threw for 400 yards every week for the Jets.

I know we're in the the part of the season where people will make baseless judgements after one game, but Lawrence is the best player in the 2021 NFL Draft and the outcome of this game didn't matter when it comes to that.

The moment Justyn Ross was lost, this team's championship chances went down the drain. The OL lost too many starters and the LB corps was depleted. Brent Venables is mostly responsible for this loss. If Dabo had a pair, he'd can him.

 

Lawrence is still going 1st. Fields is now definitely going 2nd.

 

Unless Fields does this to Alabama too. Then Its harder to say

Calm down. That wasn't really a shot at Trevor and I'm not saying he isn't the best player in the upcoming draft. That was more of a shot at the Jets, tbh. They'll make Trevor look anywhere from bad to human like they do every QB.

I think they are going to just elevate George Godsey (the TE coach this year) to be the OC next year. He has been with the QBs on the bench all year while Chan is up in the booth
