The protections on that 2021 first will be interesting. Chicago has the 10th pick as things stand

 

2023 first rounder should be protected. Lets hope anyway

i was gonna be wild about how the magic got fleeced but seeing the picks and that porter is involved makes it feel a bit more even, all things considered

 

i have news for the bulls if they think adding Vuc puts them in win now mode

to be fair, putting them in the playoffs again would be pretty huge for the city. people lost their minds just bc the one team that gave boston a series in the first round a handful of years ago

This years is only top 4 protected?!? It’s a fucking 5 player draft, AK could haven’t negotiated a top 5 protection just in case?

 

The play-in tournament is cool for fans, but it's going to cause some long-term problems for teams who are sitting in that 9-13 range who *should* be focusing on their futures instead of fighting for a *chance* to make the playoffs and getting caught in mediocre hell for years to come.

Especially with this year's draft.
