Hayes should eventually develop into a good defensive matchup for Davis types, because he does have excellent length and burst in short areas, so he’s not athletically overmatched and it just becomes a matter of technique.

Like I’d rather put Hayes on him than slow ass Steven Adams, or take Zion out of his comfort zone and put him against an elite scorer who is 6 inches taller.

he may be skinny but he has done some BIG BOY shit in the low post this season. I’m advocating for him to be a starter.
