the press release says fans will be required to present a negative rapid test prior to entry, which can be gotten in the Deer District (outside of the arena) starting 3 hours prior to gametime.

if that is the case, aside from the possible ethics issue of dedicating so many rapid tests daily to NBA games, i really don't see the issue with it.

we knew it was coming, it was inevitable, i'd rather at least feel better that it seems like they're tryign to do it as safe as possible than just immediately slam the idea of fans coming back right from the get go.

re; rapid testing, the Knicks, Nets, Mets, Yankees, etc. in NYC are requiring negative PCR tests, which will need to be coordinated DAYS before you want to go to the game, which i think is even better. it doesnt seem like theyre just throwing open the doors and letting 2000 people in willy nilly.
