Giannis has been struggling a lot more in the half court and that’s on Bud

he’s become so one dimensional offensively and that’s why good teams have no problem stopping him - just slide under him for a cheap offensive foul and dude loses his composure for the rest of the game

 

the team has never been a strong half court offense

what coach is on the market that will change that lol? all the fire bud stuff now is so dumb because it’s basically resigning that things will only get worse. and, like, much worse.

 

Yeah they can’t fire him now - they’ve made their bed and it’ll be whatever

 

The Bucks will probably be fine but yeah it’s a little frustrating right now haha

 

Another disappointing playoff exit -should- get him axed. But not mid-season. You also don’t have a ton of options right now.

Coaching change in the off-season would at least give you a lot more options. Job is very desirable and there’s some assistants that should absolutely be coaching teams.

I know it’s another coach off the Pop system but I’d love Becky Hammon to coach the Bucks

Bud’s head coach style is just something that can’t win a title

 

becky hammon would be a great PR move but there’s literally no evidence of her being a good coach. there’s no evidence of her being bad either. but if your goal is “win the finals,” which it seems to be ... yeah idk lol

 

I dunno - the raptors did fine with an unproven coach

bud’s coaching is just stale - they’ve reached their peak with him as a coach

 

I think she will land a coaching spot somewhere soon. maybe even in SA

but I’d take an Atkinson or a Joerger before her tbh.

 

But on the other hand frank vogel won a title so maybe coaching doesn’t matter and it’s up to our players to perform better

yes - and nurse turned out to be a top three coach in the league. i didn’t say she would be bad. nothing would make me happier than her being good. there’s just literally nothing to base that on and it could be a good way to be coach shopping again in 18 months
