If Miami is offering you the best package (Herro, Duncan, Nunn + filler and picks) why not wait until March to see if the Sixers aren’t working out?

Philly isn’t including him now, yes, but that could change. And he’s still the best return available that hits what Houston wants.


I’ve seen a few Houston fans say that Herro is a better return with a higher ceiling and that shit is killing me.

Call me crazy but I think the guy Philly should be shipping out is Embiid. I get not wanting to have Simmons (who cannot shoot) but the best ability is availability and I don't trust Embiid.

 

The smart move is trading Embiid over Simmons absolutely

Harden/Embiid > Harden/Simmons

Sure you don’t trade Embiid for Harden - you trade Embiid for a different star to work with Simmons - should have been more clear

I think if they were to let’s say keep Pascal and trade OG and Fred plus picks, Harden replacing Fred is a MASSIVE upgrade

 

Feels like Toronto would have to include Pascal instead of FVV to make it work
