Oshie play was very unfortunate. I don’t think there was any intent to injure so hopefully there isn’t a suspension.

 

There were hits by the capitals nearly as bad as that hit that went uncalled. It was just an unfortunate circumstance for Oshie. Foegele didn’t hit him hard, didn’t seem like he purposely did that, it’s almost like he slipped from a push and crashed into the boards

 

Oshie injury reminded me of this. Kane halved his recovery time and came back to dominate the SCP and win it all. I was salty that year lol

 

thank god the sharks didn’t lose on home ice I would have hated it

 

With the current precedent, Foegele's hit isn't suspension worthy. Different story if there's head contact or it's right up against the boards. I'm all for punishing these hits more, though. It's dangerous.

Always humorous when the announcers think a call is going to go a certain way and it goes the opposite. Always fun to hear their reaction and how they handle it
