Chara and Grzlecyk are both on the ice this morning. Game-time decisions.

 

I doubt a Dr. is making the decision. The Dr. already told him it's broken and what it will take to heal. I'm sure that's why he was skating this morning to see how it felt and if he thought he would be ok tonight.

Does NHL usually just alternate ref's every other game?

Same as Game 1 and 3 working Game 5 tonight.

And Game 2/4 were same pairing as well. I don't really like anything that fans can take and consider something that is against their team. Also seems weird that it's the same pairing after Berube called them out on Game 3. Would have thought they split them up or something.

 

Maybe these refs will be better at spotting egregious dives

 

I believe that this is the case.

 

Word starting to trickle out that Grz has been ruled out but no definitive answer from the Bruins yet. I'm not going to believe anything until they speak.

Wish the Bruins would get longer spurts in the offensive zone. The Blues are so good at getting it in deep and the back out high. The Bruins have had multiple chances to do that tonight but the defense is nowhere the blue line so it goes right out.

 

Man, Craig Berube whining about the refs did their team wonders

 

I hate complaining about the refs but there is no consistency. That high hit on Marcus was bogus.

 

Ugh. O’Reilly is killing us. Not a good start.

 

This is feeling like one of those Bruins games where they get way more shots and just can’t do anything.
