Gotta capitalize on this penalty the blues dont give up power plays often.

 

I’m ok being down 1. Thought the Bruins played well and they had some solid chances.

 

And when I say “played well”, I mean relative to my expectations. I was very nervous about the layoff. Definitely room to improve and I hope they can get more time in the offensive zone.

 

A lot of Bruins already nearing 8 minutes of ice time after the first. Which kind of makes sense with how long they’ve been off but seems high.

Blues only have 3 players over 7 minutes so far.

 

Coyle line has looked good too, now just need Kuraly line to chip in with some opportunities. I trust the top two lines to come through at some point so hopefully the others get it going

Blues gonna get crushed sad

 

Blues seem to want to give the Bruins a lot of chances tonight with all the penalties. Putting a lot of pressure on Binnington who has been great so far.

Also didn’t realize Bruins were outshooting the Blues 26-11. It doesn’t feel that lopsided oddly enough.

 

Charlie could score 20 a year if he was more aggressive. He is very dangerous close to the net.

 

Should be a hell of a third
