100% I think the Warriors are a good recent example of this. It was great and exciting back in 2016 but got old real quick. It’s a combo of success and obnoxious fans.

I said it way back that the bruins or the jackets had a good chance to win the title, the path was just ridiculously clear for the bruins

Also people hate Boston sports fans primarily because they/we have an unparalleled victim complex. People complain about the Red Sox and Patriots regularly for Christ sake. Heard on the news this morning that cheapest tickets are $550 each. As much as I'd love to go to a game, there's no chance I'm spending that right now. Hoping to find something more reasonable on the day of.

 

The Bruins deserved their spot in the final, but all those sweeps on the East side make me feel a little uneasy. Sucks that Wagner broke (?) his arm. I would have loved to see him suit up in the finals.
