When the Jaguars wind up with Josh Allen and he dominates, I hope the Giants feel really fucking dumb with Daniel Freaking Jones as their QB.

 

But personally I'm thinking that Clowney not meeting expectations is more maturity than anything (outside of that microfracture surgery obviously). He has the tools and now the moves.

I think this is absolutely fair. If you wanna use your 2nd first rounder on a QB you like...sure..whatever...fine. But to blow your first chance at an elite guy, #6 overall on Daniel Jones is the epitome of stupid.

 

I still like Daniel Jones the most out of this QB class sue me lol

I dont think any QB here is really worth a top pick. Murray ONLY because of Kliff. If Kliff was picking 32nd that's the earliest I take him too.

 

This. Me being fine with the Giants taking Jones at 6 is more based on need. I’m aware the other players there are better “talent” but the Giants need a QB and Jones is the only one I really like haha. So I would condone that reach

 

Same. I'd rather take my chances on Finley or Grier in the 3rd than Jones or Lock in the first.

 

I reached for Jones at 7 in our first mock draft before the Jags signed Foles *shrug*

 

Drafting Jones at 6 doesn't solve the need. They go from one bad qb to another while missing an opportunity to obtain someone good at another position at least.

I saw the Pats were thinking about Grier in the first and went
