I'd take Cooper over him, I think Eddie Jackson seems really good too but lbs who can't cover like Hightower and Mosley come after. Derrick Henry could be in that top tier if he's good like at the end of last year maybe

It's not his fault tight ends are becoming more and more athletic, I just think a top receiver makes a bigger impact and I'm not sure how much Mosley calls defense when you have so many other talented vets like the ravens had.
