They've been saying for awhile that the Broncos are interested in Lock. How does Elway screw this up: Foles on a big contract or drafting Lock high? OR BOTH?!?
You can never fully judge idiocy, but I don't think they'd trade up for Lock, especially with most of the talk likely around Haskins/Murray/Jones.

I'd take Byron Murphy at 17. Honestly, I'm not sure if he'll even make it that far. Again, too hard to predict the Browns because it will really depend on what they do in FA, especially because they seem like an att... attra... attractive destination?! Sorry, it's still hard to say that.
