I like rock ya sin on some teams as a corner but he really struggles when he's 5 yards away from the wr in off coverage
I've seen a few mocks with Nasir Adderly going to the Eagles at 25. I don't know anything about him but going the whole small school first rounder route scares the shit out of me. Especially in a draft where the Eagles need an A+ due to the roster turnover they're about to experience. Sounds like Adderly might be a sound pick because he can play all over the secondary and the Eagles need to add all over there. I'll be curious to see how Taylor Rapp tests at the combine. Not sure Rapp is a great fit for what the Eagles need but man I'd love that.
Idk if safeties go that high anymore unless they're totally sure things, still dk how Derwin dropped that far
@Night Channels you two are literally talking about different games haha. Hes talking about last year
This is hilarious because you were on the Scherff is a tackle train and then he got drafted as a guard and plays as a guard haha
And I gave several reasons in this thread why I don’t think Jonah Williams will go the same way as Scherff did.
I came across a random page listing attributes from the senior bowl and Hunter Renfrow is a tiny man. Lightest player: Renfrow Shortest arms: Renfrow Smallest hands: Renfrow Shortest wingspan: Renfrow They didn’t add the most important part though... Most grit: Renfrow
I think Daniel Jones is my guy, y'all. At this point in my scouting / research I'd actually not mind taking him right there at pick 7. Ideally we can pull off trading down a few spots. Would also still be happy with a top notch defender or whoever ends up the top LT in the class. But all the guys I like most are probably coming off the board before our pick.
Go ahead and laugh. I honestly think he's one of those prospects that will be better in the NFL than anyone thought he would be in college. He's just been properly coached. He goes through reads and anticipates well, he gets rid of the ball under pressure, he's a pocket passer but he's also mobile and gets away from blitzes.
You're looking at it backwards. Since we don't have a great QB coach, I'd like to draft a QB who is more mentally prepared and has better technique. Which is why Jones is the best choice. If we had a great QB coach I'd want Tyree Jackson haha. Especially since so far I haven't heard anyone say he's a first rounder. Jackson is pretty raw but scary athletic.
