I like that he has the rose next to his name to show that, like me, he was at home watching The Bachelor instead of playing in the Natty
Basically. They altered his deal to make it a one-year deal in 2018 with a mutual option worth $20 million for 2019. Otherwise, they'd have to franchise him, which was $23.2 million this year.
I don't think the Eagles are going to just let Foles walk....they don't have to pay Wentz this year since they still technically have him on his rookie deal + 5th year option for two more seasons. I don't think Foles is back in Philly next year but he's going to be traded...even if that means franchising him to facilitate the trade.
Depends on what you are looking for in a safety...are you looking for a range-y Earl Thomas type player who can manage the whole field quickly? Then no. He's not that. If you need a guy who is technically sound, responsible for his assignment and very good at that---then yes, he's your guy. He's just a bigger framed kid who doesn't have the elite speed traits. But he is a very very good player and if you treat him as more of a SS type then you're in good fortune. I think a Rapp/Reid tandem would be pretty nice.
I will make GraveDigger sound like Mister Rogers if my team is in a division with the Titans, the Colts, and Kyler Murray
