Hakeem Butler's biggest problems is with drops. We have DJ Chark, Keelan Cole, and Marquise Lee already as deep threats with drop problems. I get them passing on Butler. Harmon....I don't know. We got a set five right now. Anything happens and I'm down with trading a 2nd for a good-ish receiver.
