They just have missed so much at TE over the years and dealt with so many injuries that TE use since then declined

 

Derrick Mason was an ex-Titan so we can just skip him

 

The Ravens drafted so many TE's in the early rounds during the Flacco years that were supposed to be really good and all of them were shit
