I'm down with trading down multiple times, hording picks, taking receivers, and then using those picks to trade up for Trevor Lawrence in 2020.
I thought so at first but he’s actually still good. Church has made more mistakes this year after starting out looking great. I think it’d be safe to hold on to our safeties a bit longer since both are above average
Trade down is still a top option for me just because of the ammo for a QB next year and the ability to plug more holes at once
But honestly if we stay put and draft Devin White, Jonah Williams or Greedy I am stoked for any of those They each would completely solidify that position group. Devin - amazing linebackers. He could play MLB and Jack can move back to OLB where he can free roam and not have so many upfield responsibilities against big blockers Jonah - solid line, our only hole would be at right guard since Cann isn’t worth signing Greedy - long term dominance at CB
If you’re right then I’m all for it. Right now I still think Finley is a steal if he falls to round 3. I could be way off but I really like his tape. He’s a bit sloppy with his technique and not terribly athletic. But mentally he’s ahead of most college QB, and he already has plenty of experience pinpointing contested passes to WRs who can make tough catches He shows skills throwing to the sideline / redzone, and often makes Meyers look good with confident zips over the middle as well. Mostly gets rid of the ball too
Finley isn't going to be anything but a back-up in this league. He's a good pick for a team like LAC or GB, not for a team that needs one now.
Gonna go on record and disagree. Wink at me 3 years from now or something. Dustin, make a screenshot of this lol Anticipation, timing and ball placement are all well above average for him.
Is Devin your guy? I love the idea of Telvin / Devin / Jack. Keep all 3 long term imo. We’d be so solid. Our biggest issue at LB is lack of power / ability to stonewall blockers and make firm yardage-stopping tackles. Devin handles those things with aplomb.
Above average for a college QB prospect, sure. Dude is also 6'3" and 185lbs. That's small af. Edit: Ryan Finley is 6'3" and he is only four pounds heavier than Tarik Cohen.
Guys I am really fucking bummed that draftbreakdown isn't a thing anymore. Where else can we get college tape online???? Noonkick went down last year too so can't even watch full games and scout for yourself. I'm never off Saturdays and I go in at 4-430, right when the good games usually start
