I loved Bobby Abreu, he did frustrate me a lot though.

 

I hope the Phillies signing Harper is the reason they don't get Trout.

 

He was excellent for the Phillies. Were the frustrations specific to Abreu or more about watching someone every day so inevitably there’s some frustration?

 

I often got frustrated with his defense, but that's when I was younger and cared too much about an outfielders defense. If he was playing today I wouldn't be frustrated with just for the fact an outfielders defense doesn't matter as much to me anymore. I had season tickets in right field, I remember being at the game when the Phillies announced trading him, I choked up.

Yes. He's on the DL every year. It's kind of gotten sad, especially last year when he was doing a countdown for ST after going through with TJ only to go right back to the DL.
