So glad there are so many interesting teams this year to follow. Dodgers, Astros, Brewers, Yankees, DBacks, Rockies, Rays, Indians, Twins... Tons of good story lines to watch while the Cubs figure things out.

That World Series would be really incredible to see. The best offense against the best pitching

it's kinda cool that my fave team and the team I follow because minor league support are basically 1 and 2.

I would love a World Series with them.

Indians are 5-1 vs. the Astros and are a FAR better team on the road than at home (Astros would have HFA).

Well, they play in different divisions, so they don't play each other a ton, so it's what we have to go on. Indians lead the AL in ERA, which is sort of a miracle, because they've been searching for a third, fourth and fifth starter pretty much all year long due to the inconsistency of Bauer (5.24 E.R.A.) , Tomlin (5.90), Salazar (5.40) and the inexperience of Clevinger (whose really pitched well of late).

In the playoffs, the Indians only have to worry about getting one of those guys as the 3rd starter with Kluber and Carrasco as their 1 & 2 and even then, you really just need to get to the 5th or 6th inning to get to our bullpen. Offensively, Houston has been better...but not by much. Houston is 1 in BA and Indians are 5th and got real slow starts from Edwin and Santana and Lindor and Kipnis have been slumping pretty bad for the past few months.

Even the announcers on Sunday Night Baseball last night were saying how no one would want to face this Indians team in the playoffs, including Houston and added that Houston will likely make a move or two to prepare for Cleveland in the playoffs.

Eh it's baseball. No doubt the Indians and red Sox can compete. Especially if the red Sox make a big move at the deadline.

Also the Astros have been cruising with a pretty terrible rotation for about a month now and still getting it done

This is so weird. I just realized the Red Sox and Astros close the season with a 4-gamer.
