Mookie should be the face of baseball. If MLB doesn’t capitalize on him and judge then they never will.

 

The league has so many good young players, especially minorities like Mookie who could help bring in more African Americans back to watch and play baseball again. You're absolutely right the league should be doing so much more to showcase Mookie, Judge, Lindor, Ohtani, Acuna to name a few.

He's not going to. With the Sox up 2-0 in the series there's no reason to risk injury or weakening two positions in the process. I didn't see/hear but Mookie did an interview with MLB Network and admitted he would be nervous playing 2B and would probably ole-ing ground balls and wants to be in the OF.

Now if the Sox were down 2-0 or 3-0 that's a different story. But right now no reason to get crazy.
