I guess Price has figured out playoff starting and in the coming years I just have to hope the Yankees are still an achilles heel despite that lol

 

It sucks thinking how Dodgers vs Astros were evenly matched but like Dodgers vs Red Sox is just pure dominance from Red Sox.

The Dodgers suck so much on just not swinging for the fences which is what the Red Sox are good at.

 

I want to run the FCC just so I can banish news stations who try and do fake Boston accents.

 

a long time ago I made a joke in this thread on how if Red Sox win Fever Pitch 2 could come out.

I still want that to happen.

I think I'm ready to name every child I have some variation of Alex Cora.

 

Another good and important win last night as worse case there will be another game at Fenway, although I would be more than happy to not see another game at Fenway this season.

I think it was important that Barnes and Brasier weren't used last night to give them a little extra rest headed into LA as they have both been worked hard this post season. Kelly, Eovaldi and Kimbrel were fantastic last night and Price was pretty damn good too.

I actually wouldn't be shocked to see Eovaldi pitch out of the pen in Game 3 if the Sox were ahead and needed an inning in reliever. As I think Cora, if the Sox were up 3-0, would be comfortable starting Rodriguez to keep the LHH out of the Dodgers line up.

Dodgers admit they were rattled by Boston's bitter cold

...I slept with the window open last night lol

It wasn't even that cold last night lol. Mid 40's. Not super outrageous for nearly November. Sack up and throw a strike. Price did it and he's a notoriously bad cold weather pitcher.

 

I have a feeling the Dodgers will take game 3 tomorrow. Part of me wants this to be a series but I’m not sure I could take the stress haha.

 

Yeah I don't understand the constant complaining by LA whether it's about the cold or the fans being too close to the bullpen. The Sox had to play under the same conditions too.

 

I'm feeling okay about Game 3. A lot of momentum is on the Sox side.
