CB Buckner has to be the worst ump in the Majors, right??

 

I'm using my old glove right now and it's broken in like crazy and it's perfect. Me and my friend played catch for like 45 minutes and it was unreal fun.

 

i cant tell you the last time i didnt go to a mets game. this is sad!!

 

I feel even worse knowing the mets still got two more games to go in this series.

I still can't wrap my mind around Freddie moving to third base. Like, I honestly can't even picture him as a fielder standing near third base.

this is kind of a bummer to lose the Astros affiliation but I'd imagine it be cool to see the Brewers. I'd hope they have still have some quality prospects there in a few years.

 

Jarrod Dyson breaking up Verlander's perfect game in the 6th with a bunt was such a bitch move lol

yeah mariners scored 3 runs of that bunt so what a play

 

I'd be more sympathetic if it was like 9-0 and someone tried to bunt in the 8th or 9th, but a 4 run game in the 6th is fair play.

 

Bad choice of words on my part. Tigers fans were super salty in the game thread and were incredulous at the audacity of it lol

 

Had no issue with the bunt. Puig was the only thing about yesterday I couldn't stand lol

I'm the minority that hates his attitude on here I guess. I'm spoiled though by Judge just immediately dropping his bat and running no matter how badly he annihilates a baseball

 

That's gross, hopefully he stops later on in his career

 

I've seen countless games that go into the 5-6 inning with no hits where people attempt bunt singles. I don't know if I've ever seen it work, but no harm in trying to get on base. They're trying to win games and score runs not worrying about history

 

baseball needs personalities really badly.

 

He drives me nuts too. My personal favorite though is in a playoff game against the Cardinals he stood and admired one that ended up not going out haha. Ended up being a single or double on which could've been triple, possibly inside the park HR.
