This whole “Kimbrel was tipping his pitches” thing seems a bit overblown. Maybe he was but he wasn’t getting hit, he was missing the strike zone by a mile.

Getting that first win is huge, hopefully Price can build off his last start. I’m really interested in seeing Ryu tomorrow.

    Fun must be always. Prestigious

Astros won game one last year so that means dodgers lose in 7 games confirmed.

Man what a game. I don't know if Cora is that smart or that lucky with the Nunez pinch hit HR but either way I will take it. It was good to see the team come right out of the gate and score in the 1st to show there wasn't any rust having 5 days off.

I thought Sale looked ok, they weren't hitting him hard but his main problem was going 3-2 to basically every hitter which drove up his pitch count. I'm hopeful he'll be much better the next time he pitches if he gets a chance. Him not really having a regular set routine between his shoulder injury and then his illness probably threw off his routine a bit. I thought Kershaw looked shaky last night. He can't be throwing 90 mph with his fastball and then 89 with his off speed stuff. The Dodger pitchers can't pitch to contact against this Sox offense consistently, they need to start missing bats.

Big game for both Price and Ryu tonight. Hopefully Price builds off of his Game 5 vs. Houston and tosses another good game. I would have to think Porcello will be in the pen tonight to throw an inning if needed. Also good to see Kimbrel be Kimbrel last night, I still don't trust him in a 1 run game though.
