Of all the players Atlanta traded away, dealing Simmons hurt the most. Still wish he was here. As shitty as the Braves are, it would be nice if I could turn on their game knowing Andrelton could do something awesome that only Andrelton could do.

Have the pitchers they received panned out yet/so far?

 

Newcomb was the centerpiece in the Braves return and he's been ok. He's still a top 100 prospect and top 5 in the Braves system, but I don't think he has quite lived up to the hype/expectations just yet. He started the year with a promotion to AAA, so I'd say he's dangerously close to being called up if he can limit the walks he tends to give out.

 

I was really sad about Escobar and Simmons. After Escobar, I started getting jersey's and stuff with a blank name. Got 3 years from him but learned my lesson.

Man, same ole story. Teheran pitches as good as anyone. Defense sputters. Bullpen comes in and can't do anything right. 1-5 now. I hate this season already.

Also, I feel like you could put Freddie in the 3 spot in like 25 out of 30 MLB lineups and he'd win the MVP. Fuck it all.
