That Betts catch saved the season for the time being. I still think they’re done but a three run shot there would’ve been the nail in the coffin.

wow, huge to get out of that giving up only a run

That’s the game. I’m just about done with Bogaerts at this point. Sucks that Bradley struck out but he had to chase that pitch after the previous one in the same spot was a called strike.

Done with Bogaerts? Hell, I'll take him!

I mean he’s still a really solid defender and contact hitter but I’m so frustrated with him continually hitting soft grounders for outs. I’m just fed up with this series hahaha.

He could use some lessons from Puig on bat flips but look at him go, like a happy 12 year old.

The tradition goes back to the days when there were no night games at Wrigley. When commuters would be taking the Red Line train (the "L") home, they could find out what happened at the game that day either by the "W" or "L".

I thought it was going to be an anti-fishing PSA. Weird candy commercial.

Yea, it felt very political at first. I was thinking global warming PSA, at first. Then I saw the can and got the joke, but it went really gruesome. haha

It speaks to how disastrous this series has been when a one run lead feels like five.

This doesn't feel like a lead to me, at all.

Yeah don't know why you'd want to magnify the fact you lost. Seems weird.

Astros have to jump on Price this inning with the heart of the order up

not going to come back on Kimbrel

This makes sense and is actually quite interesting

Maybe I’m still so fully expecting them to lose that a win is just a plus. I don’t know. Baseball is weird haha.

    Aaaaaand now I’m nervous.
