How did you become a Yankee fan? I would guess most people in Portland would be a Mariner or maybe Giant/A’s fan.

I'm ready for playoffs. I'm not even gonna get worked up about home field. Coasting through September. Just give me a healthy Sevy and Betances. That's all

Playoffs should be fun again this year. I feel like we’re headed for a Yankee/Astros ALCS again.

First rehab start Sunday in AA I believe... I assume they won't worry about stretching him out much, just getting him back as a long reliever, so hopefully not too long

  10. Grew up just watching baseball in general, there’s pictures of me as a kid in A’s, Diamondbacks, Rockies, Marlins, Mariners, and Baltimore gear as a kid. My dad and grandfather were always Yankee fans, but I just liked baseball. When I started watching more games last year I picked like 5-6 teams to follow and watch their games, Yankees were one of them. I was following some teams because of past likes, some cause I liked certain players (like Nats last year, Phillies this year, just ‘cause of Harper). When the Yankees called up Gleyber Torres I started watching virtually every one of their games since they were on at a good time during the middle/early in the day most of the time ... and the team was so likable and fun that they became the team I would follow/watch first when they were on. (I still follow quite a few teams and players.)

I loathe west coast games as they usually end after midnight and sometimes it takes me awhile to fall asleep if it’s an intense game or if it goes 17 innings like Game 3 of the 2018 WS and you get literally no sleep haha.
