I have zero good feelings about this west coast trip

They got big leads though and I'm just gonna actively not care about home field

Just get full strength Voit, Betances and 3 or 4 inning version of Sevy back and I'm good.

 

Zero reason for German to still be in. Predictable outcome.

@Jason Tate I've been listening to radio, Kay doesn't sound too good here to me. Has he sounded alright? Hope he isn't pushing it with his voice

 

He’s sounded ok tonight. Little gravel, but not too bad. Sounds tired, which is to be expected.

 

Yeah he has been clutch for us. Just missed the grounder yesterday for the double play. Didn’t hurt us so that’s good.

Also I didn’t realize that Freddie went 0-13 in that Dodgers series that we still somehow won.

Can we talk about Shane Greene starting to finally come around also. I think he’s had 4-5 straight scoreless innings now and 3 of those he sent em down in order while striking out the side. So his swing and miss stuff is coming back.

 

Yeah. He finally resembles a pitcher who looks like he has a clue what he's doing out there. The bullpen has looked... quite good... the past 4 or 5 games now. Just hoping it continues.

Oh, and it looks like McCann's knee is acting up. Just great. Looks like we'll get a heavy dose of Tyler Flowers now. Fuck.

 

Yeah McCann is the last guy we need injured right now. Ugh. Hope whatever it is he’s dealing with isn’t too severe and he doesn’t have to miss much time. Call Alex Jackson up, and let Culberson get a few games in at catcher.

It’s crazy to me that the Braves are 23 games over .500, which is our best mark this season.
