Gonna get flamed for this by the Gleyber Fan Club but I actually think Torres for Stroman straight up would be a pretty fair deal. I saw Toronto was asking for a pitching prospect as well though and that does seem too high

 

Yeah I don't see how that isn't fair, Stroman is good

 

22 years old with 5 years of control, a 162 game average of 33 hr, 98 rbi and a .843 ops? For one year and 2 months of Stroman? Sorry that's ludicrous.

I don't trust pitchers, Gray was supposed to take care of their no. 2 starter problem and I looked at him about the same before the trade as I do at Stroman now.

 

Stroman is not that good, unless you think gleybar will never get better than he is right now

 

Fangraphs has Gleyber as the 12th most valuable asset in baseball. Straight up for Stroman would be horrrrrrrrible.

Stroman is solid but yeah, even as a yankee hater, giving up Gleybor for him is laughable in my head. Torres for Syndergaard maybe, but i'd say Gleybor should be untouchable

 

I hope Greinke is traded, always fun to watch him but I am never compelled to watch the Dbacks
