Can't wait to play the Padres seven times in the next two weeks!! If we can't gain ground on the Brewers/Cubs with a schedule like the one we've got coming up we deserve to sit on the couch all October.

 

West coast team(with a poor record) traveling to us. We're also coming off of an off day. There's no excuse if we don't sweep them. If we don't go 6-1, or worst case scenario 5-2 over those 7 games against them we might as well plan on sitting out October this year.

 

We lost 12-4. You and I both apparently forgot that giving up eight runs in three innings is all just a normal Tuesday night's work for our wonderful wonderful bullpen
