Another solid breakdown from our homie Jomboy. Seeing those numbers For JD at the end there was hard to absorb.

 

Snitker pulling Gausman in the 3rd inning last night told me everything I needed to know. Not a good sign when you are more comfortable with the group of guys in this bullpen to finish the game than letting Gausman throw another pitch.

Interested to see how Newcomb does back in the rotation. He’s been unreal in the pen.

 

I guess Gausman has plantar fasciitis and is on the 10 day IL now.

Edit: Minter recalled. Lol.

Yeah Newcomb has been so great out of the pen, I almost see leave him there and let Touki and/or Wilson get some spot starts.

 

My god. If Minter comes in and the first pitch he throws is a ball, he needs to be pulled immediately.
