Even after signing Foles, these moves would save $30M per year in one offseason, which is enough to sign Jalen Ramsey and cover some of signing Yannick. Campbell & Bouye have reportedly been restructuring contracts, hopefully that covers the rest of Yannick's up front guarantees.
