It's Columbus Day. There is usually at least a couple teams that have a day game on those holidays that most people don't get off work but some do.

Butcher probably tops out as a 2nd pairing guy who can QB the PP

valuable player to have but he won't ever be a legit 1st liner. His skating will hold him back

 

Yea, that's my thought exactly. I feel like he'll be underrated as a really good 2nd pair dman and not get a super much as he deserves for some reason.

 

if the Devils had one more legit LHD, I would really get excited about this team

I will never forgive r/hockey for showing me that Henrik Lundqvist's hairline is ridiculously janky. Dont get me wrong, still a ridiculously handsome man, but now his hairline is all I'll be able to stare at.

Winnipeg did something similar except we built a shitty CFL football stadium that generates no revenue.

 

Nashville is a great city. Expensive place to live though.

To be fair, I live in PHX (which is 36th) and I think it's pretty damn pricey to live here. And I moved from Austin (45th) and for the most part they are about the same as far as I can tell based on housing market. So I wouldn't say Nashville is cheap because it's 40th.

Also there are tens of thousands of cities in the US so being 40th doesn't mean you're cheap. Housing costs are rising quick there, believe me, I watch Property Bros. No state income tax in TN though so I guess that helps.
