i wonder who those 7 teams were. i can think of a couple, but not for sure 7. hmm.

i wonder when the list was made and / or when players "not these teams" lists get updated. like, did Kessel update it before the past season, or was it from when he first joined the team...?

it would also make some great drama to see these lists get leaked.

I think every NTC is different but most of them require a new list every year from my understanding

 

his list was teams he WOULD accept a trade too

of course the Penguins were likely not going to trade him within the division or to a contender in the East so thats why he ended up in ARZ
