NHL planning two outdoor games at Lake Tahoe for 2021 season

Sounds awesome, but surprised the Sharks or Ducks aren't included.

 

Ducks are undefeated in outdoor games and id like to keep it that way.

 

Ya I was surprised sweden had such a poor showing

Feel like every goalie so far has had at least one shit the bed game.

 

Excited to sit on the couch and watch hockey all day

just joined a fantasy hockey league. havent followed hockey really at all in over 15 years, cant even name 5 players names off the top of my head lmao. imo tho fantasy is the best way to familiarize w a sport. looking forward to learning and having another sport to follow.

the world junior championships are on right now. Very exciting hockey and a lot of NHL prospects are playing.

 

Chief among said prospects is future, arguably current, Hall of Famer Topi Niemela. It's worth tuning in just to see him.

Pitt needs to get their GM out like 4 years ago at this point.

Marino definitely looked good last year but I'm not sure I would ever be okay with giving a rookie who has played 50 games a 6 year contract

Just finished my first ever fantasy draft and even though I knew I shouldn't do it I still ended up drafting too many Lightning players.

Torts is good for like 3 years everywhere he goes and then his shtick starts to wear on guys and it seems that may be happening yet again

 

Marino is good but that contract can easily turn into Mike Matheson 2.0 if he regresses.

 

Glad the canucks fired torts after one season, and also fired the best gm they had in a decade too
