CAnes aren't even at the salary floor lol why would they need to clear cap

Is Myers actually bad or is he good but overpaid

 

This season, he got moved down to 3rd pair and still struggled. No one notices his faults as much because of how stacked their d is. Also, he will be massively overpaid so yes to both.
