I think the MAF to Canes things has some legs. And Canes apparently wouldn’t keep him. Just take the cap space for the picks.

 

Last I read, the season was slated to start in January, and they were kicking around the idea of hub cities again. Everything is tentative at this point. Wish I could find the article I read this crap in 'cause it was a lot more detailed than that one sentence.

Listen any time you can take a kid almost an entire year older than the rest of the draft class in the top 8 you just have to jump at that chance. Bonus points for when he didn't perform until he was essentially overage and riding shotgun on a stacked team.
