I find it odd/pointless that people are being signed / getting contract extensions. I kind of get it, but who knows when games are played / practices even held so doesn’t that kind of eat into the length contract being signed?

 

at the same time, there is no end date for this all so why wouldnt you just carry on with business as usual?

That way you don't have to get all your business done at once when this is over, so to speak
