My bad about the points- I forgot that the Atlantic’s 3rd seed is lower than the WC 2 seed.
It would make more sense to me if the player wasn’t unrestricted and they were trying to build for more than just this year. Regardless, teams with a player on their roster have an upper hand to bring them back over teams that don’t have the player so there’s that.
