My dad does a lot of those procedures and basically said if he'd been out on the street or at home when it happened he'd be dead. The fact that it happened at a game with medical personnel readily available saved his life. His career is done but man I'm so glad he's alive.

 

It's crazy that something like that could happen. It went undetected whatever he has for 36 years. Could be an enlarged heart wall? Don't all players have EKG tests done every year?
