Why wouldn’t the Canes be able to match for Aho? Don’t they have a bunch of cap space

That's probably why Jim wants 6. He apparently loves him. I don't love Zegras, I feel like he's not worth giving up a lot for to move up. Like, Zegras and Krebs aren't a world away from one another. Some things about Zegras remind me of Horvat when he was a prospect.
Also, Alex Newhook rules and should be going higher than he probably will.

 

MTL is pushing hard for him too. Word is he's better than his brother.

The Aho stuff sounds like bs. There’s no way they’ll let him leave.

 

Whoever said that is being silly, the draft his brother is in was better than this one and he went higher than Ryan probably will. Nick is also a top 3 center prospect right now IMO. Ryan is very good but he doesn't have the plus skills nick has.
