I can't believe there will be a line for Corey Perry but then again... shouldn't be surprised. Someone gonna get him for cheap enough that even if he's a bust won't matter. Wouldn't be surprised at all if the Hawks are also in on him. They love trying to snipe an old timer for nothing just to see. I'm more interested in the who will/won't retire storylines.

 

Was low key hoping he would go to someone like Nashville/Edmonton/Calgary.

 

I don't know why the league can't have a soft cap since it takes them until the final hour to figure out the number.

haha yeah i did - i have some of that in my cart or bought already because I have problems. When I was home for the parade last weekend I went to a couple stores and they had some awesome local companies that did unique shirts that I snagged as well.

wtf Colorado has so much cap space. i'm surprised they aren't really mentioned for making any moves - load up with some players for the next year or two to make a run, and then when those deals are done you still have all your young guys ready to fully step up and / or get their next big contracts.
