When Peters then called Aliu into his office to talk about it, Aliu said Peters did not apologize. The worst part is that Aliu & some of his teammates confronted Peters about it and his response was to whine to management to get him sent to the ECHL. Ruined his career. Yet people are flocking to Kylington expecting him to say something.
Doubt we’ll ever know if the Hawks brass knew the actual reason for Peters’ request or if he was just lying about it, but given this organization’s history I wouldn’t put it past them
