Marner will probably get 10 or really close to it, like 9.8 or something

 

Marner is a tier above Matthews as a player, but Matthews plays the more valuable position.

 

I think there's definitely an argument to be made that Marner could be on or above Matty's level going forward - he's a phenomenal player, no doubt - but, I mean...

Also one is from Canada and one is not so that makes a big difference too.
