I’m going with Eeli Tolvanen for the Preds breakout guy. He will be down in the AHL to start, but he will get the call up soon enough.

 

After winning the cup with a 3rd string goalie and relying on 4th line I don't really feel like I can say the Blues will have a breakout player. Maybe Sammy Blais if he stays healthy and gets the playing time based on his pre-season.

 

Does Svechnikov count as a breakout? I know he had a good rookie season but I think this year could be a monster.
