Yeah now that the NBA is over I’m gonna start getting thirsty for football very soon. No nap during a Reds game I attempt to watch can wet my whistle

 

And my worst fear is confirmed

I think my interest in the NFL is completely gone. This team is never gonna be where it should be, we went from one shithead owner to another and everything's worse. I wanted so badly to watch the Texans win a championship someday and I fully believe it'll never happen now. I've always had slivers of hope but I'm completely drained of it.

 

I'm sad about this.

 

I changed my mind and I'm directing my anger at the Texans instead of you and Boston teams

No lol, I’m not a pittsburgher. All of my other sport fandom are local based. But my dad was a kid in the 70’s who bandwagoned the Steelers, and he protected us from the pain of other in state football fans

Idk I'm extremely drained and deflated right now so we'll see when it's closer to the season but I do feel a strong lack of interest I didn't expect to feel so soon after NBA is done for the season

 

I think Hue was the more Hue-ish Hue lol

 

Policing someone being upset that their team is making bad decisions is whack

I’m sorry Dustin I know how frustrating this all just be and just wish things would work out

 

My main point is that Hue can get fired, Cal can't and the decision making of the past few months are not a good look at all

I get that things can get better but this all feels cyclical and makes me feel very done

I'm not gonna say I can't relate. The Jags collapsing last year after giving me hope for the first time in a decade really upset me. It's hard not to just feel like we're gonna be awful for another 10 years. And truthfully there is that pang of fear that they are gonna fuck up resigning Ramsey.
